ENTERTING THE

U.S. MARKET

For startups entering the U.S. market we offer our many years of experience and deep understanding of the challenges and obstacles startups face when entering the U.S. market.

Over the years we walked many startups through their first steps in the U.S. market, providing them both strategic as well as tactical advice and guidance on their recruiting needs, organizational structuring and planning as well as execution and growth.

We help startups avoid common mistakes and choose the right talent for this stage in the company’s life. We guide them in all aspects of building their U.S. presence, starting from where to locate the first office and what positions to recruit first all the way through how to interview and evaluate candidates in a multi-cultural environment, how to overcome social barriers and different mentality challenges and how to build a compensation package.
